JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain company records and employee records
- Create and update reports and database
- Coordinating office activities, supervise tailors works and other labor works
- Dealing with queries on the phones and Emails
- Arranging for both Internal and External events
- Office accounts maintenance Such as EB bills, office maintenance bills and other expenses
- Employee safety and welfare
- Handling couriers
- Submitting timely reports
- Handling employees issues

- Good communication skills
- Excellent in leadership skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge in MS office packages
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
